Hashboards
Tested chip by chip in the lab. The failed chip, sensor or power stage is replaced, then the board runs again at full load.

When a hashboard fails, the lab finds the failed part and replaces that part, instead of writing the board off.

Diagnosis and quote
Your first diagnosis with us is free. After that, diagnosis costs $25 per unit and is credited against the repair if you go ahead. You get a written quote before any work starts.

Repair and test
Parts are replaced and the unit runs on the test bench at full load for 12 hours before it is released.

Questions
Before you send it in.
Is my manufacturer warranty still valid?
If the unit is still under manufacturer warranty, we tell you before opening it so you can take the manufacturer's route instead. Opening it ourselves can end that warranty.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault. Your first diagnosis with us is free; after that you pay a diagnosis fee, credited if you go ahead. Either way you get a written quote, and no work starts until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Fan, power supply and control board swaps are usually done on site. Hashboard repairs depend on the fault and on parts; your quote includes an estimate.
Can I send only the hashboard?
Often, yes, and it costs less to ship. Ask us first: some faults can only be found with the whole miner on the test bench.
Which miners do you repair?
Bitmain Antminer, MicroBT Whatsminer and Canaan Avalon miners, air-cooled and hydro. Send the model on WhatsApp and we confirm before you ship.
What if it cannot be repaired?
We tell you before any repair work, and you decide what happens to the unit. Nothing is thrown away without your approval.
Do I have to be a Segments customer?
No. The lab repairs miners for any owner. Hosting clients also get no hosting fee while a unit is in repair and a spare on request.
