The site

Power
Power enters through the site transformer and switchgear and runs to every row of racks. You pay for what your machine draws, at the plan's rate per kWh.

Your machine's place
It gets its own slot in the rack wall, six machines high, standing with its fans towards the fresh air, connected to power and the network. It runs on its own fans in a hall built around moving air.

Air cooling
Push and pull: fresh air comes in through a wall of dust filters and the wet and dry honeycomb pads that cool it, passes through every machine in the rack wall, and the exhaust fans on the far wall pull the hot air out.

Network and pool
From the network room, every machine hashes to SegPool or to the pool you name. Payouts go to your pool account.

The pool and an agent on a PC at the site report every machine to our operations system. You see the same figures in your portal.

The asset tag and serial on the machine match the screen, and it is hashing. Hosting clients pick their own machine.

About visits
- Do I need to be a client to visit?
- No. Visits are for people deciding whether to buy as well as for clients. Book on WhatsApp and the team confirms a date.
- Which centre will I visit?
- One of our UAE centres, chosen with you when you book. Hydro-cooled halls: F39, F40, F48, F49, F54. Air-cooled halls: F20, F21, F22, F23, F24, F40, F54.
- Can I see my own miners?
- Hosting clients can ask to see the hall their machines are in and the machines themselves. Mention it when you book.
- What if I can't travel to the UAE?
- Book a live video call from a hall instead: a team member walks the hall with a phone and you say where to point it. You can also check our licence and the centre status page before you decide.
- Do I have to buy after a visit?
- No. You can ask for a written quote and take your time. Nothing is signed on the day.
