Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@segments.ae with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we refund the original method of payment: bank transfer, card or cryptocurrency.

A bank or card refund takes as long as your bank or card issuer needs; a cryptocurrency refund goes back to the wallet that paid.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Downloadable software products.
• Custom-configured mining hardware or hosting plans once active.

A machine hosted at a Segments centre, or built or configured to order, follows the hosting agreement you accepted at checkout rather than the return window above: leaving within the first 12 months (24 on Full-care hosting) costs USD 300 per machine, and after that a machine is disconnected for USD 150. Hosting already billed is not refunded.
