What if a machine fails?

Regular cleaning and maintenance are part of the rate. Repairs and spare parts are quoted separately, and you follow every request in your portal.

Two independent sources report every machine: the mining pool it hashes to, and an agent on a PC at the site. Both feed our operations system, and the operations system feeds your portal. Uptime is machine-hours hashing divided by machine-hours installed, per day.
